custom_padding_last_edited=&#8220;on|phone&#8220; global_colors_info=&#8220;{}&#8220;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Austrian Barcode of Life \u2013 Netzwerkinitiative (https:\/\/www.abol.ac.at\/) hat das Ziel, eine Referenzdatenbank f\u00fcr alle Pflanzen, Pilz- und Tierarten \u00d6sterreichs mithilfe von DNA-Barcoding zu erstellen und somit eine einfache und effiziente Bestimmungsm\u00f6glichkeit zu bieten. Zahlreiche, teils auch an OSCA beteiligten Organisationen sind auch an ABOL beteiligt. Im Zuge der diversen ABOL-Projekte, die fast alle Gruppen an Tieren, Pflanzen und Pilze bearbeiten, werden einerseits neue Sammlungsobjekte gesammelt, aber auch physische Objekte aus bestehenden Sammlungen genutzt. Besonders wichtig sind die immer besseren technischen M\u00f6glichkeiten, auch aus historischen Objekten DNA-Material zu gewinnen. Die so gewonnen \u201eReferenzbarcodes\u201c stellen die Basis f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Forschungs- und Monitoringprojekte dar.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8220;1_5&#8243;
